Usha Thorat steps down from ONGC board

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has announced that Usha Thorat Independent Director on the Board of ONGC, has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from February 10, 2012, consequent upon her resignation from the Board of ONGC.
