SC notice to Bihar on plea against entry tax on Railway

 .....It had written the letter to the RBI in pursuance of the recovery orders of January 10, 2012 and February 2, 2012 of the Joint Commissioner, Department of Commercial Taxes, Bihar Government, directing the Railways to pay the Entry tax for the assessment years of 2010-11 and 2011-12.
