.......Though these revised guidelines have been sent at the instance of Department of
Financial Services, Government of India, it is in total violation of the spirit
of bipartism. We have
sent our protest letter to IBA requesting them to withdraw the
revised guidelines, as we have already demanded the review of the Leave Travel
Concession scheme........
