Modi government should also cause a quick review of National Pension System which was introduced for a section of central government employees-Defence personnel are outside the purview of NPS- without much study or deliberations in legislatures. To start with the position which existed as on December 31, 2004, i.e. before the effective date of first introduction of NPS should be restored.
